Your Responsibilities



It is DART's job to help you achieve your goals. This depends a lot on you. You have to do your part! You have the following responsibilities:



Always try to do your best.

Attend every day that you are able.

Treat others nicely.

Do not hurt, tease, or threaten other employees or staff.

Let staff know if something is bothering you.

Follow safety and other rules.

If you are ill, you should call your job coach and/or driver at least one hour before your work normally starts. If you can't call, have someone call for you.








If you need to see a doctor or dentist, make your appointment during non-work hours, if possible.


If you are absent and you do not call us, we will, after three days, tell your Regional Center Services Coordinator that you haven't been showing up for work.
